BCF has a combined experience of over 22 years within the business coaching arena. Our experience lies in coaching all levels from entrepreneurs and CEO level down, shop floor level up and all management in between.

Our coaching is practical and deals with real business issues. The programme is clear and specific and creates an environment of increased productivity.

Since our formation in 2001 we have been involved with all aspects of business coaching, including selecting in-house coaches, running training programmes on 1-2-1 coaching, training individuals to coach others and of course running the BCF accredited programme to create exceptional business coaches.

The BCF programme has the added benefit of being endorsed by the ILM (Institute of Leadership & Management) which means that it is quality assured by an outside professional body and provides a certified business qualification for each individual who passes the assessment.

Coaching is an action-orientated partnership purely focused on measurable results. Everyone attending the programme and successfully completing the final assessment and questionnaire will be issued with the Business Coaching Foundation Certificate and will become a member of the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) with all-inclusive benefits.
